Major EMsafe Upgrade

We are pleased to advise that a major upgrade to the EMsafe System has now been successfully completed. New and Improved features and functions include:

• A new Workplace Homepage which provides easy access to your tasks, as well as a calendar view, displaying your EMsafe tasks and reminders.  

• A revised Staff Induction work-flow process which includes a new My Inductions module. This allows the inductee to complete and sign an induction q uestionnaire.

• Linkage of the Staff Induction module to the Training Plan module to allow the creation and management of a training plan for individual staff.

• The ability to upload photos, documents and files via the Workplace Inspection module.

• Improvements to Incident Reporting, Hazardous Substances, Contractor Insurances and User Management modules.

• Improvements to the data export capabilities for all modules to assist with individual reporting requirements, including the option to select individual data fields for export on a module by module basis.

• Revised self-help tool-tips, with the introduction of new module by module video tutorials due for release soon.
