System Error Alert: Duplicate member alert emails

Update: 1:40pm 30th Nov 2023:
We have now implemented a temporary work-around to stop the emails being
sent in error. We are continuing to work on a permanent solution to be
implemented as soon as possible and will keep EMsafe users updated as to
progress with this work.

We have narrowed the possible causes and are working to resolve the problem . We are confident the issue will be rectified before the 4:00AM batch runs on Thurs 30th November, 2023.

Good afternoon,
We have become aware of an error within the EMsafe system causing
duplicated member alert emails being sent to some users that receive
member alerts.
We are currently working hard to investigate and resolve the issue.
In the meantime, please simply disregard or delete the duplicate
emails.
We will provide updates to EMsafe users as more information is
received.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your
patience whilst we work to resolve this issue.
